Justin Bieber Caught in Car Chase and Cited

Justin Bieber was seen speeding down the freeway in speeds topping 100 mph, according to a witness who happened to be Dennis Zine, city councilman for Los Angeles.  Bieber was alledgedly attempting to dodge a group of paparrazi by speeding down highway 101 and weaving in and out of cars.  He was pulled over by California Highway Patrol and cited for speeding at 80 mph.

 According to witnesses, the paparrazi were driving even more dangerously, sometimes using the shoulder to catch up to Bieber.  Even after Bieber was cited, the paps continued to chase him, prompting the teen heart throb to call 911.  The CHP is reportedly still investigating the situation.
