Casey Johnson Cause of Death

Casey Johnson, heiress to the Johnson and Johnson family and fiance of Tila Tequila was found dead.  An autopsy has not found an anatomical cause of death, and suicide or homicide is not suspected.  An official cause of death will be determined after toxicology tests are performed.
